Thanks Dougie
It's been a long haul, but all worth it in the end.

100/6 was stalling after 20-30 minutes of driving. The most recent time it stalled, I listened for the fuel pump and heard nothing. After 20 minutes, the pump started working again. Perhaps it was over heating. I replaced it today (generic pump - the original is bypassed) and went for a short drive...all is well. I plan a longer drive tomorrow to see if that was the problem.

After being away cruising around the Pacific I took my car off the wheelstands and recommissioned it ready for a club run this weekend. 3 month old fuel was a reluctant starter and needed some start ya bastard ether spary. But all good in the end and she lives again.smiling smiley

Fired the '57 racer up one last time before I pull the motor for a total refresh this winter. Though I'd get a pick in front of the house while its still dry and the flowers aren't totally gone.
