This topic is about my I'm getting close to finishing up the outer rocker replacement on the Sprite; and have a question about the front and rear "end caps". Are the end caps welded onto the outer rocker before installing the rocker; or are the end caps welded in after installing the outer rocker itself? Perhaps it can be done either way; but I'd like to hear which way is recommended before I make a big mistake.
