I recently purchased a serviceable front fender from a 1955 bn-1 for my 1955 bn-1. Does anyone know the gauge thickness of the original steel fenders?

I found my micrometer and measured .036 of an inch so it’s 20 gauge sheet metal. I’ll attach pics of the patch panel in place.
