I am looking for a few things for my Sprite project. I need to locate a RHD
steering rack, late rack preferable to early, but early would be suitable,
in decent or restorable shape.
Also need an early RHD Bug Eye or Mark II dash panel not too cut up with
extra holes. I can fill in unwanted holes if necessary.
If anyone has these spares available for sale, please contact me off list.
I will obviously pay you extra for shipping and packaging fees.
Thanks,
Neil Anderson in northern Illinois

Find a steering rack from a left hand drive Morris Minor. It is a very
easy conversion. If Paul A. is reading his mail and feeling better
(Which he'd better be, or I'll go up and stomp the stuffing out of him!)
he probably could find you one. His prices are as good as anyone's, and
if he says a used part is good, it is.

Thanks for the recommendation, Kate. If I can't find the RHD Spridget
parts, I may have to go the Morris rack route. I missed both parts as a set
on ebay a few weeks ago and still kicking myself for not bidding higher.
I do hope Paul A. will start to feel better, get back in his shop and back
on the list real soon. He has been missed.
Thanks again for the quick reply and hope you had a good holiday weekend.
Neil Anderson

Mail From: Dave Yealy <(email redacted)>
Looking for 2 half shafts. I twisted off my last spare and I don't
want to pull any more out of the other axles I have here, they are
for upcoming projects. So if anyone has a pair they are willing to
part with let me know.
While on the subject of rear ends what is the list recommendation for
lubricant in the differential ?
Dave

A good synthetic gear oil of the same viscosity as the non-synthetic gear
oil recommended by the factory.
