For sale - 1957 MG MGA. Red with black interior. The 1500cc engine was recently removed and painted. New 180 degree thermostat. Spin on oil filter conversion. New ignition wires. New coil. Converted to negative ground with an alternator. Single 12V battery. The valves were adjusted once it was reinstalled with fresh oil change. The engine is from an MG Magnette. No tach bored into the block. I have an early MGB electric tach that goes with the car. The gearbox was removed and all the paper and rubber seals/gaskets were replaced. New gearbox rubber mount. New borg and beck clutch system installed. New clutch slave cylinder. New speedo cable. Weber carburetor installed. Electric fuel pump. New radiator hoses. Radiator flushed and topped off with fresh anti freeze. Rear differential recently removed to install new gasket. Cleaned and painted the pumpkin while it was removed. New rebound straps. New wood floors, new carpet and has rubber MG logo floor mats. New correct lettering heater control panel. All new knobs on dash. The top closes and stows easily. New handbrake cable and the front/rear brake shoes and cylinders were replaced a year ago. Has a radio mounted under the dash. Can easily be removed with 3 bolts if desired. Has the correct disc wheels and a spare in the boot. Badge/light bar on the front and vintage stone guards over the headlights. New chrome wing mirrors. New rear view mirror. New brake light lenses. Windwings, door side curtains, and the original generator & + ground fuel pump are included. The paint isn’t perfect. A few nicks and dings on the body. Engine, gearbox, rear end and radiator all serviced with fresh fluids. I only use ethanol free gasoline.

This car is a blast to drive and is ready for any local car shows!

I have a British heritage certificate and a clear Texas title in my name. $17,500

Question: Can you say just what lug nuts you used to mate the TR hubcaps to the MGwheel studs. I accompllished TR6 whls on an MG, but couldn't make use of the TR hub caps. Many Thanks, LaDawri in Daytona.
