“Arkley SS”
MG ARKLEY SS was designed by John Britten in 1969. The conversion base on the MG MIDGET was done in ARKLEY, Hertforshire, ENGLAND. The retro design was inspired by the LOTUS SEVEN and the MORGAN. Only 900 units were made.
The S with narrow wheels and the SS with W I D E Wheels.

Really love this car. I saw a YouTube video of this car that was made at a car show in 2017. In the video the guy said that it was a 1977 model though I don't know where he got this info. Kevin called me and we are setting up a time to drive down to look at the car, hopefully this week.

Yes, I know it is. It couldn't be a 77 because it doesn't have the 1500. I think he saw it and was impressed and just sort of improvised the model. He was just somebody passing by and videoing cars he liked. I was just passing on what I found and thought it was really neat to see this very car on there.
